Customers MUST book an appointment and take current Centrelink Income Statement to the appointment.   Centrelink Income Statement can be printed off using the Online Self Service options available to you.   If you are not set up with Online Self Service please ask one of the staff members at your local Centrelink Customer Service Centre to do so.
